Shailene Woodley continues to show the world just how talented she is by playing different characters.
This time around she is taking on the role of a in love teenager as the actress is seen passionately kissing her costar Shiloh Fernandez in their latest film together, "White Bird in a Blizzard."
According to Hollywood Life, the 22-year-old sheds her innocent shell as she portrays 17-year-old Kat Connors, who is abandoned by her mother and in turn finds shelter with her next-door neighbor Phil.
Variety reported that in the flick, the teen loses her virginity to Phil, played by 29-year-old Fernandez and begins to discover the power of her sexuality.
In the trailer of the coming of age indie movie, set in the '80s, the attractive pair can be seen making out with each other about six different times, including in a swimming pool, on top of a car hood, on a couch and in a crowded hallway.
The couple's teenage love story plays to Depeche Mode's 1987 song "Behind The Wheel."
The movie premiered at the Sundance Film Festival back in January and is set to be released on iTunes and VOD on September 25th however, it doesn't hit theaters until October 24th.
In the past Shailene Woodley starred in "Divergent" alongside cast boyfriend Theo James portraying Tris Prior, a strong female lead whereas in "The Fault in Our Stars" she played a less aggressive character as cancer stricken Hazel.
However, this time around the talented starlet is taking on the role of a love sick teenager, a time many people are familiar with.
