As his wedding date to Behati Prinsloo nears, it looks like Adam Levine wants to start his marriage with a clean slate as his wedding date approaches.

Apparently the Maroon 5 lead singer is reaching out to some of his ex-girlfriends in an effort to apologize and make amends following their failed relationships together.

According to Us Weekly, some of "The Voice" coach's former loves include models Anne Vyalitsyna and Nina Agdal.

Levine famously ended his romance with Agdal by ignoring her calls and then breaking the news of his and Prinsloo's engagement through a text message. An insider revealed, "He apologized for how he treated them."

However, another source said that the women aren't too interested in forgiveness at this point. The second insider said, "They couldn't care less he wants to make it right."

The 35-year-old has also made plans to prove himself to his fiancé Behati Prinsloo, 25, as well.  A third source said, "He may get a tattoo of Behati's name over his heart," adding, "He wants to make their love permanent on his body!"

Adam Levine and the Victoria's Secret Angel have been engaged since July 2013. The attractive couple plan on getting married in a wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, this summer.

They will then head to the model's native South Africa for a second celebration with loved ones who couldn't make the first ceremony.

In the past "The Voice" coach has insisted that he wasn't the marrying type, however, following his engagement he revealed that the supermodel was the one woman that made him want to settle down.

During an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" in October, the "Love Somebody" singer laughed, "Famous last words, 'I'll never get married.'"

He added, "I still don't necessarily think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it's wonderful."
