Ray J was arrested Friday night after getting violent at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. A call was made to Beverly Hills PD where someone claimed the rapper was "causing a rukus" inside a bar and would not leave when asked.
TMZ obtained footage of Ray J, real named William Ray Norwood, being questioned before being taken into custody. Police showed up after a woman claimed the rapper grabbed her butt in the bar.
The incident was originally deemed an accident and officers suggested he leave. Ray J got into an altercation with valet workers on his way out and then refused to leave.
Upon being taken he allegedly kicked out a window in the back of the police car. Kim Kardashian's ex boyfriend then spat in an officer's face while being restrained. He was booked for battery on a police officer, vandalism, trespassing, and resisting arrest, according to Beverly Hills PD Lt. Lincoln Hoshino.
He was held on $20,000 bail and released in the middle of the night.
We've been hearing more about Ray J lately in the wake of his ex's wedding to Kanye West. He allegedly offered the couple profits of the sex tape that shot Kardashian to fame. If Kimye would not accept the gift, he would donate the money to the reality star's favorite charity.
Brandy's younger brother has been musically feuding with West since releasing "I Hit It First."
Some lyrics include, "I had her head going north and her a-- going south/But now baby chose to go West," and pokes fun at her desire for athletes.
He went as far as using a Kardashian look alike for the music video, but denies it is about the power couple.
"It's a song, it's not about that, it's about a concept," he said in a radio interview with New York radio station 97.1. "People going way too deep. They just gotta keep it on the surface [sic]. I'm not trying to create no war. It's all love; we're doing music."
West fired back in his track "Bound 2," where he sings:
"Brandy's little sister lame, man, he know it now. When a real brother hold you down you supposed to drown."
