Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian filed a criminal battery report against Richie The Barber, a clown in LA famous for his tattooed face. He attacked the reality starlets with confetti outside the The Rug Company in West Hollywood, after gunning for them on his unicycle.
The famous sisters filed a police report immediately following the incident. Though the case was deemed "frivolous" and was not pursued, the Kardashians followed up with law enforcement three days ago, saying they want to press charges.
The clown was asked if he was trying to harm the E! stars and he said no, that it was to "congratulate them on their success."
''I was cutting hair and all of a sudden I saw them across the street so I figured I'd give some love, happiness and share some joy in their lives, so I threw confetti at them," he said of the incident.
''They seemed OK, they went in the car and drove away then the bodyguard came out to me, they called the cops and said it was battery, a hate crime, stuff like that. The cops came to talk to me, filed a report,'' he added.
Mail Online reports the younger sister freaked while Scott Disick's better half kept cool. It was thought the ploy was part of a scene for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
Kendall Jenner joined Khloe, who is rumored to be dating French Montana, on Monday at LAX. The family is in Paris for sister Kim's wedding to rapper Kanye West. Even Rob Kardashian is out of the wood work for the occasion, who has kept a low profile due to weight gain and depression.
