She really can't stop! After a recent hospital stint and speculations of overdose, Miley Cyrus twerked on over to London to continue her "Bangerz" tour.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer shared her excitement through social media with fans.

"So f**king xxxited to get back on touuuuuuuurrrrrr," one tweet read.

Cyrus also shared videos of herself dancing with pal Leesa Maree to Lil' Jon's party anthem "Turn Down For What."

She captioned it, "#turndownforwhatLONDON #imbackmaf***a #fuckyeahlondon," with a series of emojis.

Cyrus opted for a casual look in black jeans with a white t-shirt and a flannel tied around her waist.

She was forced to postpone the beginning of the European leg of her tour after an allergic reaction to antibiotics. The last six dates of the US portion have been rescheduled.

A cover story for Life and Style suggests Cyrus actually overdosed and refuses to get help. Insiders state the "We Can't Stop" songstress passed out for hours after heavy drug binging.

The former fiancé of Liam Hemsworth told Ryan Seacrest how scared she was during the sickness.

"It was so scary," she told the "American Idol" host.

"When you're allergic to something, you're literally poisoning yourself, so I had just been poisoning myself for a week with something I didn't know I was really, scary allergic to."

Her father Billy Ray Cyrus confirmed at the iHeart Radio Music Awards that his daughter is doing just fine.

"She's doing much better, thank you for asking.You know, right now we're just getting her back, healthy," he told reporters.
