Most people would not miss their best friend's wedding, but it looks like Jay Z is an exception! The "Holy Grail" hit maker and his singer wife Beyoncé have declined their invite to best friend Kanye West's wedding to Kim Kardashian.

The Daily Mail reports the couple will miss the wedding of the century as the E! cameras will be rolling. They have made it clear in the past they do not want to be seen on "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

A source told The Sun, "Jay Z would be there if it wasn't going to be such a public event."

However, the "Watch the Throne" duo appear to still be friends, as Jay will give Yeezus an ultimate stag at his club 40/40 in New York. He also dropped over $100,000 on a yacht for the newlyweds to enjoy on their honeymoon.

Rumors are still afloat that the best friends' brides don't get along. In a recent run-in at the dermatologist, Kardashian was reportedly excited to see Bey, while the queen was not so much.  

"Kim seemed so excited to see Beyoncé and was really eagerly going over to her," according to Radar Online, "but Beyoncé looked like she wanted nothing to do with Kim and was really trying to stay away from her."

"Kim was basically fawning all over her," the source continued. "The two women did have a brief chat, with Beyoncé asking about Kardashian's daughter North West."

MTV UK suggests the wedding will take place at Château Louis XI in Paris. The date is set for May 24 and we are expecting the unexpected! It is said to be a smaller, more intimate affair, yet West has spared no expense in making their special day perfect.
