It's clear that Selena Gomez is in the market for a new best friend and it looks like Kendall Jenner may be a winner. The ladies were spotted out to lunch in Los Angeles on Friday.

According to E! News, the 18-year-old model and the 21-year-old "Come & Get It" singer were photographed at Joan's on Third grabbing a bite to eat.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star dressed casual wearing white heels, skinny blue jeans and a long-sleeved white button down paired with dark sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Selena Gomez decided to show some skin as she wore sunglasses, white heels and green pants with a matching green crop top.

After some lunch and girl talk the two left the restaurant and hugged each other goodbye before getting into their cars and going their separate ways.

Earlier that same day, Jenner took to Twitter to share her thoughts on big sister Kim Kardashian's new Vogue cover with fiancé Kanye West.

She tweeted a photo of the picture along with the caption, "soooo major sister! this is gorgeous!!! @KimKardashian @kanyewest @voguemagazine," she wrote along with a pic of the cover.

Meanwhile, Selena Gomez has been spending time out with pals who are not Taylor Swift. The two former besties decided to go their separate ways after the "Slow Down" songstress rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.

The former Disney star recently posted a picture of herself enjoying a girls' night out earlier this week with Zooey Deschanel.

The two celebrities and a third friend hung out at Soho House in Los Angeles. Attached to the snapshot was the caption, "Ladies being ladies. Ladies night."

Interestingly enough Kendall Jenner dated Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend Harry Styles. We have to wonder if this is Selena Gomez's form of payback to Swift for ending their friendship.
