It looks like Robin Thicke and Paula Patton decided to split after eight years of marriage. A new report from People magazine revealed that the attractive couple has decided to separate.

According to the publication, the pair released a joint statement on Monday. It read, "We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."

The "Blurred Lines" singer met Patton when he was 14-years-old and the two eventually became high school sweethearts.

The duo who share a 3-year-old son Julian Fuego Thicke, were married on June 11, 2005.

The separation between Robin Thicke and Paula Patton comes as shocking news seeing as just last month the pair was all smiles when they attended the Grammy Awards despite reports if infidelity, according to the New York Daily News.
