Snooki may be preparing for her upcoming wedding, but she is also battling plastic surgery rumors. The "Jersey Shore" alum recently opened up, and slammed the media for saying that she had gone under the knife to lose weight. 

According to the Huffington Post, the reality TV starlet didn't have any cosmetic procedure to perfect her body.

In her past, Snooki has been known as the hard-drinking party girl from the super-popular MTV show. But since becoming a mom, the starlet has grown up and facing any negative criticisms with a tough skin. 

When it comes to surgery, the "Snooki & JWOWW" star brushed off the rumors while appearing on "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" 

"The tabloids are bullies," said Snooki. "If I ever got plastic surgery, you would know about it because I would tell you about it. I'm not one that's shy about saying anything, clearly, and I just say the truth about me -- always."

There had been talk in the past that the feisty starlet had her teeth done. But Snooki isn't paying attention to those who say she is not stranger to having her body parts niped and tucked. 

She said a combination of diet and exercise helped her drop the baby pounds, not surgery.
