It looks like Scott Eastwood may be off the market and found a girlfriend in country star Jana Kramer. Over the weekend, Clint Eastwood's hot and preferably shirtless son was spotted holding hands with the "I Hope It Rains" singer.

According to Us Weekly, Scott Eastwood and Jana Kramer were seen holding hands backstage at her concert on October 26th in San Diego, and once again the next night at her show in Anaheim, California.

A source revealed, "They are definitely into each other." Apparently the couple met recently through friends.

Currently the 29-year-old country cutie is focused on her music career while her new rumored boyfriend Eastwood, 27, is trying to make a name for himself by landing major television and film roles.

The actor was indeed in attendance at Kramer's concert as a buddy of his posted an Instagram photo of Eastwood looking excited for the night of music.

A friend of the Town & Country model said, "It's not like Scott to commit so fast, but he's really into her."

Jana Kramer came to fame during her tome on the CW hit series "One Tree Hill" from 2009-2012, according to the magazine.

She also had recurring roles on NBC's "Friday Night Lights" as Noelle Davenport, the CW's "90210" as Portia Ranson and HBO's "Entourage" in which she played a UCLA sorority sister Brooke Manning.

Kramer's success in acting gave her the room to launch her singing career as she spent this summer touring with headliner Blake Shelton and Dierks Bentley.

Despite his famous last name Scott Eastwood told insisted to the October issue of Us Weekly that he does not live the luxurious and glamorous lifestyle that people associate his family name with.

He explained to the publication, "People assumed that I would have everything handed to me, but that couldn't be further from the truth."

When he gets around to letting go of Jana Kramer's hand, the hot star is set to appear alongside Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf in "Fury," a World War II film directed by David Ayer.
