Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made their first appearance together after the rapper's proposal on Thursday. And once again, North West's engaged blonde mom showed off her post-baby curves.

According to Hollywood Life, the reality TV starlet, who just turned 33, attracted alot of attention while walking the red carpet at Dream For Future Africa Foundation's gala at Spago in Beverly Hills.

Kardashian stunned in an all-white tight cutout dress, accompanied by her new rapper fiance. Her clingy knit frock featured cutouts as both the stomach and the back.

HL's Katrina Mitzeliotis explained just how great the new mom looked while at the charitable event. 

"The dress stretched over her assets, however, her cleavage was covered up due to the turtleneck silhouette of the ensemble," wrote Mitzeliotis. "The ruched dress also was made up of a variety of different fabrics and I loved the way it exhibited one of fall's big trends - playing with texture. A pair of black, ankle-strap sandals added an edgy vibe to the look and I appreciate the way she colorblocked on the occasion."

The ombre-haired beauty also had the biggest smile and fluttering eyelashes to complement her monochromatic, high-fashion look. 

And of course, Kim K flashed her huge 15-carat diamond engagement ring by Lorraine Schwartz to the cameras. Kim K definitely has a lot to smile about these days with a new baby and wedding on the way.
