However, the 19-year-old is not pregnant, she was simply wearing a fake baby bump for her role in the new indie movie "Franny," according to E! News

Fanning was spotted on the Philadelphia set of the film sporting dark sunglasses and an oversized grey sweater. The "Very Good Girls" star's wardrobe also consisted of a blue skirt and a dark jacket that went over her top which displayed a huge baby bump.
