Lindsay Lohan, "The Canyons" actress, and Jimmy Fallon spoofed twerking and introduced "scrumping" on the "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" show recently. 

According to E! Online, Lohan said twerking is "so 2013" in a funny skit, and loves to do a new dance called "scrumping." 

The former child star made a surprise appearance on the late night show on Thursday. Lohan played a teen girl in a hilarious sketch about a fake TeenNick show called, "Ew" with Fallon.

Both the redheaded actress and the talk show host got into character with silly costumes. Fallon wore a blonde wig, silver braces and a purple dress. Lohan, meanwhile, had her hair in pigtails and accessorized with a studded hat, fuzzy gloves and pink leggings.

If their fashion choices were enough to get laughs, their conversation was definitely.

"I'm Sara," Fallon said, "and if you're wondering, that's S-A-R-A. No H, because H's are ew!"

The Fallon-played Sara then introduced her BFFLFR or Best Friend Forever for Life for Realsies, Stephanie Sullivan, who was played by Lohan. The two discussed One Direction's "This is Us" movie and their mutual love for Harry Styles before they moved on to Miley Cyrus' favorite dance. 

"Did you see the Miley Cyrus video?" Fallon's Sara asked. "We should do some twerking!"

"Ew," Lohan's Stephanie replied. "No. Twerking is so 2-0-1-3. Nowadays it's all about scrumping!"

Fallon's character then challenged Lohan's character to a "scrump-off" in the super-funny clip. "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" airs 12:35 a.m on NBC.
