Miley covered up for the cover rocking a sophisticated black dress paired with a sultry red pout.

Inside the issue the singer opened up about her style, haters who think her fashion is too risqué and her haircut.

 "It changed everyone else's life more than it changed mine," she told the mag on cutting her hair and bleaching it blonde.
