Simon Cowell's baby mama, Lauren Silverman reached an amicable divorce settlement with her estranged husband, Andrew on Wednesday. The "X Factor" judge had been named in the divorce.

According to People, Cowell, 53, could be reunited with Silverman, 36, sooner than he thought possible with the socialite being officially single.

A source told the magazine that the TV personality refused to see her "in person until things calm down" on Monday. Now, Silverman is free and ready to be with Cowell publicly.

But her soon-to-be ex-husband, who is a real estate mogul in New York City, is left to piece up the pieces. Though his marriage is over, he is okay that they ended on good terms.

"As I've said all along, my priortity was resolving this quickly for the sake of our son," Andrew Silverman said to People in a statement. "Lauren and I both love him very much and I'm looking forward to starting a new chapter in our lives. Hopefully people will respect our family's privacy."

The split will be finalized in a few days, another source told the magazine. 

Cowell is expecting a child with Silverman, who was still married at the time that the child was conceived. 

As of recently, the TV judge had been away on vacation, where he was "happy," according to the first source, who added that Cowell cares about Silverman and has been checking on her and the baby.
