Miley Cyrus was seen leaving Kat Von D's West Hollywood High Voltage parlor on Sunday with a black bandage taped to her upper right arm.
The "We Can't Stop" singer left the tattoo parlor accompanied by a group of male friends, according to The Daily Mail (where you can also see pictures of her leaving the shop). She was wearing a cropped white top and loose white shorts, with gold platforms sneakers and some gold necklaces.
Cyrus tweeted earlier that day "@thekatvond is so ILL," and included a picture of herself and the tattoo artist along with an unknown male.
While Cyrus has yet to reveal what the design of the new tattoo is, she has 18 known tattoos already. Cyrus got her first one when she was just 17, the words "Just Breathe" were inked below her ribcage. She also has several tiny tattoos including "love" written on the inside of her ear, a heart, a cross, and piece sign on her fingers, and an equals sign in support of gay marriage.
"When I shared a picture of my [equals sign] on my Twitter page and said, 'All LOVE is equal,' a lot of people mocked me-they said, 'What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!" Cyrus said in an interview last year.
"And I said, 'Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love,'" Cyrus continued.
This is the third tattoo that Cyrus has from Kat Von D. In March of this year she had a mini replica of da Vinci's anatomical heart drawing on her forearm.
Cyrus isn't the only one staying busy. On Monday, Cyrus' fiancé Liam Hemsworth promoted his new film "Paranoia" at the Apple Store in SoHo New York. They got engaged in June 2012.
