Justin Bieber was in the arms of another woman and one of his Beliebers this weekend after his latest Selena Gomez breakup, according to Hollywood Life. 

The "Heartbreaker" singer, 19, cozied up to a raven-haired woman in Brooklyn, NY on Friday. He was very flirtatious, flaunting his freedom as a newly single man, reported HL.

He took a picture with the fan hugging him close at one of his meet and greets there. It appeared as if the baby-faced crooner did not mind the girl touching and getting intimate in the shot.

The celebrity news site spoke exclusively with the fan, Roxana Morcillo to get her side of the story amid Bieber's playboy rumors running rampant.

"He was just being nice to me," Morcillo said, adding that she traveled all the way from Madrid, Spain to see the singer for a second time. 

The young woman had met Biebs previously in Salt Lake City, Utah, but was so thrilled to see him again, she said. The two looked quite cute and comfortable during the photo op.

During Bieber's NYC trip, he not only spend a lot of time with Beliebers, but hit the town looking for female company on Tuesday.

"[Bieber] flirted with me all night," a source told HL. "Then he asked me for my number, but I didn't know what his situation was with Selena and he's several years younger than me so I didn't [give my number to him.]"
