After just dying her long locks grey, we were thrown for a loop. But her new coiffed charcoal curls are gorg. We love that the star is taking things, dare we say it, black to basics! RiRi's new 'do is short and sassy.  And doesn't the saying go, less is more anyways?  Now don't get us wrong, extensions are amazing, but sometimes rocking your own hair is where it's at!

Rihanna pulls off her latest look not only because of her pop diva, I-look-good-in-anything swag, but also thanks to her amazing bone structure. Having a short style accentuates RiRi's stunning facial features including her light green eyes. Talk about eye-catching.

We remember when Rihanna famously debuted her short crop during her "Good Girl Gone Bad" days. It was classic and chic then, and we feel the same about her coming up short again.
