So sure, we just did a story on blue lipstick, but rainbow? Tell us your thoughts on this look.  Is it a Love It Or Leave It?

Perhaps this makeup is an intense nod to Oscar de la Renta's Fall 2013 fashion show, where a total of four lipsticks made their colorful debut onto the runway, but we're not so sure.

Neon is huge this summer and with color exploration at its height during the warmer months, we spotted these lips and eyes a mile away on Instagram.

This look takes the trends of light brights and high-punch pigments to a whole new level. Every lip color trend we can think of is here, from the Blue Lipstick Trend, to the Sunrise Eyes and Ombre Tutorials we've covered.
