Details on James Gandolfini's estate are emerging less than a week after his untimely death.
The "Sopranos" star has left the bulk of his estimated $70 million estate to his 8-month-old infant daughter, Liliana Ruth and 13-year-old son, Michael, who discovered his father collapsed in the bathroom of their Rome hotel suite, in a will filed in Manhattan's Surrogate Court on Tuesday, according to The New York Post. The late actor also left millions to his wife, Deborah Lin, relatives and friends including his personal assistant and security.

Gandolfini's son will get the largest portion of his estate through a trust set aside for him until he turns 21. Automatically, he also gets his dad's clothing and jewelry, with which the teenager can do what he wishes, according to the court papers. His son will also get first dibs on the actor's Greenwich Street condo in NYC's West Village through the trust.
His two children will also share his Italian estate, which they will split 50-50 when Gandolfini's daughter turns 25. But he made one other request:
"It is my hope and desire that they will continue to own said property and keep it in our family for as long as possible," he stated in the 17-page document signed last Dec. 19. Gandolfini , who was laid to rest on June 27, also owned a New Jersey home and duplex penthouse in New York City at the time of his death.
The beloved on-screen Tony Soprano passed away due to a reported heart attack on June 16 while vacationing with his son in Rome. He was 51.
Many stars including his on-screen daughter, Jamie Lynn-Sigler were grief-stricken. "I spent 10 years of my life admiring and studying one of the most brilliant actors, yes, but more importantly one of the greatest men," she said. "Jim had the ability, unbeknownst to him, to make you feel like everything would be alright if he was around. I treasure my memories with him and feel so honored that I was an up close witness to his greatness."
