Now, E!'s favorite family has one more to keep up with, for Kim Kardashian welcomed a baby girl in West Hollywood on Saturday morning.

According to US Weekly, Kardashian, 32, gave birth naturally at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, with her beau and baby father, Kanye West, 36, right by her side, confirmed a source. The bundle of joy arrived about a few weeks premature as the reality TV star was expected to deliver next month.

And both baby and mom are doing well though it was a surprise Father's Day gift for West.

"Kim had her baby," the source told the magazine. "She's five weeks early. Kim got sick last night and had the baby early."

The source added, "They're all doing great and amazing!"

Kardashian and her rapper beau confirmed they were having a girl on the June 2 season premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," which made many fans declare a baby birth high alert. Though fans couldn't share in the experience with Kardashian, she was reportedly visited by family friends, Lisa Gastineau and daughter, Brittny, who arrived with flowers.

Of course, the brunette beauty was very elated to have a girl, sharing her fascination for all things pink with the world.

"Like, who doesn't want a girl?" she said. "They're the best. And I know that's what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."

The new baby will join cousins Mason, 3, and Penelope, 11 months, who are Kardashian's older sister, Kourtney and Scott Disick's children. Though their is a lot of love there, the pregnancy did not come without its difficulties.

Kardashian had Appendicitis when she was five months along, and had a hard time adjusting to all the body changes that came along with carrying a child.

"[Kourtney] made it look really easy," she said of her older sis' pregnancies. "But ever since the baby started to kick, I've embraced it. Now, I love being really pregnant!"

And West felt the same way about becoming a parent. "I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother," he said during a recent interview with the New York Times. 

The couple know as Kimye began dating last April after years of close friendship. West announced the pregnancy surprise at one of his concerts in Atlantic City, NJ on Dec. 30. 

As far as an engagement with their child now here, there's is no word on that yet though Kardashian just finalized her divorce to NBA star, Kris Humphries on June 4.

But what is known is that the couple are truly over-the-moon for their new daughter, who weighted in at "under five pounds," according to E! Online. They have not announced a name yet, but Kardashian reportedly told family and friends that the name would start with a "K," following behind her mother, Kris Jenner's footsteps.

The twosome had talked about using West's late mother, Donda's name as the baby's middle name, reportedly.

Reportedly, the rapper, who is preparing to drop his fifth album, "Yeezus" on June 18, canceled a recent record promotion appearance after Kardashian said she was feeling "a little off," according to TMZ.

Of course, the baby has dark hair and looks very much like Kardashian.
