Recently, the "Hunger Games" Tumblr Capitol Couture blog relaunched and debuted their Spring issue starring our favorite characters from the heroic Katniss Everdeen to the flamboyant Effie Trinket.

Fans are already acquainted with the social media offering from the film's production company, Lionsgate, which covers the futuristic society's high fashion styles, according to InStyle. Their newest issue, "Chroma Nouveau," features Elizabeth Banks' flashy character, Effie as the cover girl.

"Heralding a time in the capitol when color blooms anew, Chroma Nouveau reveals a victorious celebration of Capitol life through fashion and culture," reads the site's statement.

The spread celebrates the avant-garde Capitol fashion risk takers, who embrace bold, vibrant prints and wild styles, and the districts' residents that love a "military influence." It features designs by Tex Saverio, Nicholas K. and Junn. J.

It highlights Victory Tour looks in the districts and provides a "Day in the Life" tribute to Effie, according to Entertainment Weekly. 

And it just so happened that Jennifer Lawrence or someone claiming to be her, posted a revealing tweet that could apply to the Capitol Couture blog's message of embracing individuality.
