It's more trouble for Amanda Bynes, who was arrested for marijuana possession at her New York City apartment on Thursday.
Police put the 27-year-old "What I Like About You" actress in handcuffs for holding the drug, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence, according to US Weekly. She was also taken to Roosevelt Hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
But how did this happen?
Well, building personnel at Bynes' apartment contacted police to say the former Nickelodeon darling was smoking pot in the lobby. When cops arrived, Bynes had escaped to her apartment.
"Officers and building personnel went up to her apartment and she invited them in, " said an NYPD rep to US. "There was a smell of marijuana and a bong in the apartment, at which point Bynes picked up and threw out the window." Of course, Bynes was carted away to the hospital and then the 18th police precinct for her bizarre behavior.
But if you are thinking she put up a fight like when she told a pilot to "Google" before being kicked off a private jet with no ID recently, guess again.
The star actually obeyed the police, who could not comment on her mental or emotional state.
Someone snapped a photo of the star exiting her residence in cuffs with the police.
As far as any jail time, we are not sure. But we do know the actress still faces charges stemming from her April 2012 DUI Arrest, and is currently on three years probation.
