Everyone seems to want the skinny on the former Miss Alabama and ABC "Splash" contestant, Katherine Webb's slim down diet.
The 5'11' model beauty, 24, reveals that she takes in only 1,120 calories on a daily basis, among other weight-loss secrets to People Magazine. The low intake is considered to be rather low for someone of her height.
"I cut out any type of bread product, and cake, cookies and bagels," she said to PEOPLE for their "Most Talked About Bodies" issue. "When I eat a lot of sugar, I tend to bloat more."
But what exactly does she eat to tip low on the scale?
An average menu for the leggy stunner consists of a homemade smoothie for breakfast, green apple for snack, spinach salad with almonds and strawberries for lunch, frozen yogurt bar for snack and grilled chicken fingers with sweet potato fries for dinner. It all sounds tasty, but could it be dangerous?
Well, nutritionist Haylie Pomroy accessed her daily diet. "Katherine does a great job eating three meals and two snacks, fueling her metabolism," the expert said. But with her workout schedule, "she could add at least 600 healthy calories."
The pageant queen exercises control in well, exercise, too. She hits the gym for cardio at least three times a week. But she could try free weights one day.
