The last few years Joseph Gordon-Levitt has acted in both critically acclaimed independent and major picture films. However this Thursday Gordon-Levitt heads to the small screen for an appearance on Sesame Street.
According to The Inquisitr, Gordon-Levitt will make a guest appearance on the "Word of the Day" segment with the energetic muppet Murray. Gordon-Levitt will help educate children on the definition of the word "reinforce".
Gordon-Levitt will be joining one of many celebrity guests who have starred on the show this season including Jon Hamm, Matt Kemp, Melissa McCarthy, Paula Patton, Amy Ryan, Donald Glover, Kareem Abdul Jabar and Bobby Moynihan.
In 2012 Gordon-Levitt starred in many blockbusters that brought the actor to international audiences. Gordon-Levitt had a major role in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises where the actor starred alongside Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman and Anne Hathaway.
Gordon-Levitt also starred in Steven Spielberg's historical drama Lincoln. Gordon-Levitt portrayed Robert Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln's son in the film and starred opposite Daniel Day-Lewis, Sally Field, and Tommy Lee Jones.
