Lady Gaga is unable to walk from a painful injury, and is quite heartbroken and devastated over the situation as she has to postpone several upcoming concerts.

"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now, over the past month it has worsened," the Mother Monster tweeted Tuesday afternoon.
"I've been praying it would heal."

Lady Gaga is suffering from a synovitis, a severe inflammation of joints.

"I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans," said the "Born This Way" singer, as to why she hid the injury that was so severe to the extent she was unable to walk.

"However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't."

"It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and Im sorry," the 26-year-old singer tweeted.

As a result, Lady Gaga's upcoming shows in Chicago, Detroit and Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, have been postponed.

"To the fans in Chicago Detroit & Hamilton I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. Im devasted & sad," the pop star said.

The Born This Way Ball Tour is now set to resume next Tuesday in Philadephia.

"I would do anything for you. I will hopefully heal as soon as possible and be at 500% again, which is what you deserve," Gaga took her further concern to her website.
