Kaley Cuoco is back to Host the 2013 People's Choice Awards, She also revealed on twitter her new role with William Shatner in Priceline negotiator ad campaign.

The 27 year-old actress was "thrilled" when she was asked to host the People's Choice Awards, saying "When they called to ask me back, I thought they had the wrong number! I'm super flattered and looking forward to a great show," according to Parade.

The Host has also been nominated for favorite TV comedy for her role in the hit show "The Big Bang Theory."  The 39th Annual People's Choice Awards will air tonight at 9 E.T. on CBS, Honoring best in pop culture in 2012.  Performers for the show includes Alicia Keys, One Direction, Rihanna and Britney Spears.

Cuoco told People "I never have a script," regarding how prepared she is to host tonight. "It's embarrassing. I just kind  of wing things. I know my dialogue the minute I look at it. I'm sure the [People's Choice producers] are thrilled to finally get me here. I was like, 'I don't need to rehearse. I'm fine!"

The "Big Bang Theory" actress also has a new role co-staring with William Shatner in Priceline upcoming ad campaign.  Shatner playing Priceline 'Negotiator' will have a daughter played by Cuoco.  In the commercial preview dialogue Shatner's character "She's been schooled since childhood in the art of - what else? - deal-making, and now is ready to join dad in pitching Priceline."
