Sofia Vergara and fiancé Nick Loeb was thrown out of 'Story' Miami club after they had a heated fight.

The couple celebrated the coming new years at Delano's poolside New Year's Eve party, Sophia wore a strapless dress by Michelle Mason and at midnight Vergara and Loeb kissed to celebrated 2013. Later on the celebration turned into arguments with Nick being kicked out of the club.

According to witnesses Loeb was angry at a male guest who bumped into Vergara, which 'spilled her drink all over.' The couple began arguing in the VIP section with the actress screaming to stop her fiancé from 'causing a scene in public,' reported Page Six, there were 'some pushing and shoving' before the two were seperated.

"Nick appeared to get really angry, and stated screaming at her." Security was called and "Nick had to be pulled off Sofia," during the confrontation Sofia strapless dress was torn and pulled down. "Four security guards grabbed Nick and threw him out of the back door of the club, with Sofia following behind."

The melee occured in front of Sophia's son Manolo and other family members.  Vergara and longtime boyfriend Loeb were engaged in July 2012 in Riviera Maya resort in Mexico, celebrating her 40th birthday.
