Jennifer Garner has been named Celebrity Mother of the Year by Today's Parent magazine. The Canadian monthly magazine conducted a poll among its readers and based on the results Garner won by "pretty much a landslide," according to the publication.

And it's hard to disagree with the readers as the actress is often seen spending time and doting on her children despite being busy in various charitable causes and an acting career. Married to actor Ben Affleck, the couple has three kids, Violet, 7, Seraphina, 3 and Samuel who is 10 months old.

As much as the actress looks completely relaxed and at ease around her children, we wonder how tiring it must be to take care of them. The 40-year-old has often been asked how she manages to balance her career as well as give time to her family.

"I struggle with this every day. It's a day-to-day thing. I don't think there's a some big answer for that. Every day you just look at the day, look at the week as best you can and figure out where your energy has to go that day," she said in an interview with the magazine in 2011.

She admitted that being a mother is exhausting and that there are times when she is so busy taking care of the kids that she doesn't even have time for herself.

But surely Affleck does an amazing job helping her as he is often seen taking little Seraphina for shopping or the father-daughter duo are seen enjoying walks and going for coffee.

Garner beat other celebrity moms like Reese Witherspoon, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and Jessica Alba to claim the top spot.
