Kaley Cuoco 'Big Bang Theory' actress revealed her secrets for health and comfort. The 27 year-old will appear on the cover of January issue of SELF magazine.
The American actress known for her sexyness revealed how she manage to keep in shap "I start the day with oatmeal with vanilla almond milk, said Cuoco adding 'I avoid crap and pack soups and salad. I cook pork chops or turkey tacos for dinner."
Kaley looks stylish all the time one of her favorite is spandex "Honestly, they're incredible and my favorite thing in the world. I swear by them."
One of Kaley favorite workout is horseback riding, despite being thrown off her horse and having her leg crushed in 2010. The former nationally ranked amateur tennis player, manage to keep riding even after giving up tennis. 'I took my first riding lesson at 15, I've ridden every day since, adding, I fell off my horse and crushed my leg. Once she was cleared and her leg was better she was back on her horse. 'I have four horses, and they are my everything. I was determined not to lose that. I am a little more careful now.'
To get recharged Kaley takes spinning classes 'it changed my body. My legs are severely toned, and you get an ab workout,' said Couco.
The Big Bang Theory actress said currently 'I'm comfortable enough in my own skin that I can laugh or cry when I need to, and it feels so good.'
Kaley's cover issue of SELF hits newsstands nationwide on December 25.
