Gwen Stefani known for her rock solid abs as front singer for No Doubt admitted, I've stopped working out.
The 43 year-old admitted that she gave up exercising for the past year due to her busy schedule; juggling family, L.A.M.B fashion company and No Doubt reunion lable she had to adjust.
In interview with UK Marie Claire, Gwen admitted that she made the decision to delegate her work and stop working out to better control her hectic schedule.
'This past year, I kind of stopped working out. I think my body just needed a break. And so I did that and focused more on feeling good as opposed to beating myself up," said Stefani adding, "I would be up all night because my second baby didn't sleep, Then I'd wake up in the morning and do my workout which I always felt I had to do, and then meeting for my three clothing lines," Gwen admits she was addicted to working out at least five times a week.
Gwen's fashion line Love, Angel, Music, Baby (L.A.M.B) is named after her solo album. The fashion line manufactures accessories, shoes, watches, bags and fragrance 'L.' L.A.M.B fashion design influenced by variety of cultures including Japanese Harajuku Girls, Indian and Jamaican styles is popular with celebrities Nicole Kidman, Paris Hilton, Kelly Ripa and Terri Hatcher. The fashion line made it's mainstream success at 2005 New York Fashion Week and have been featured in Elle, Lucky and InStyle magazines.
The artist is now adjusting her time saying "I've learned to delegate," she no longer picks the buttons for her fashion designs and miss couple fashion weeks because 'I can't miss the first week of kindergarten.'
