Iphone Linking G-Shock Bluetooth Smart Watch Launched [VIDEO]

Casio Launched Iphone linking G-Shock bluetooth 4.0 low energy (BLE) smart watch. Now you can be alerted for phone calls and emails while on the run or relaxing without looking at your iphone.

The latest Casio technology G-Shock (BLE) creates bluetooth connection with the users iphone 5 and 4S, alerting incoming calls and emails. The watch also includes a "find me" function providing alarm and vibration functions for the iPhone using the buttons of the watch.

"With the release of the Bluetooth LE Smart Watch collection, we are pushing the boundaries of inspired timepieces for the business savvy, technology conscious consumer," said Shigenori Itoh, CEO of Casio's Timepiece Division adding, "G-Shock continues to be a leader in cutting-edge technology"

The Bluetooth G-Shock provides notifications when the iPhone is out of range of the watch, making it easier to find misplaced phone. The watch will automatically adjust itself to the correct time zone using the time data synced through the iPhone. The G-Shock is capable of functioning like a normal watch, user can wear the watch daily without worry. The battery life is estimated to last up to two years with 12 hours of daily bluetooth wireless connection with the Iphone.

The Casio G-Shock GB6900AA collection comes in black, gray blue, brown and white. All models include shock and 200M water resistance, world time, LED super illuminator, five daily alarms and 1/100th second stopwatch.
