Sephora was crowned as this year's No.1 beauty brand in the US, according to Traackr, an influencer marketing platform.
The company used its unique metric called Brand Vitality Score/VIT (Visibility, Impact, and Trust), developed by its Data Science Team to analyze and compare different brands.
VIT particularly tracks its rank among other competitor brands, measures its performance, and improves the Return on Investments (ROIs) of a campaign, the media outlet Happi explained.
In the rankings then, Sephora amassed 1.86M VIT, securing its spot as the top US beauty brand in 2024, followed by L'Oreál Paris with 931k VIT.
When it comes to per category rankings, Rare Beauty owned by Selena Gomez reigned the Makeup and Cosmetics with 825k VIT, beating Kylie's Cosmetics who only earned 560k VIT.

In Skincare, CeraVe dominated with 327k VIT, while L'Oreál Paris also took the reins of the hair care category. Lastly, Sol de Janeiro sat atop with 117k VIT for fragrances.
