Peace Out introduced its new gel moisturizer targeting acne-prone skin, which also promises a "visible effect" within three weeks.
This acne gel moisturizer serves three purposes: acne treatment, anti-inflammation, and skin-barrier restoration, all in one package.
The brand also attempts to make acne sufferers' skin regimen simpler yet effective by putting the three essential ingredients in treating acne concerns: salicylic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides in one formula.
"Salicylic acid exfoliates and clears out pores, while niacinamide calms inflammation and regulates oil production. Ceramides strengthen the skin’s barrier and retain moisture, counteracting dryness or irritation from other acne fighting ingredients," said Dr. Carol Cheng, Peace Out's dermatology partner.
Despite the combination of three actives, the brand stated in a press release that its formula remained "silky soft, lightweight, and deeply hydrating," thanks to its beta hydroxy acid that contains a hydrating moisturizer.

Moreover, Peace Out also promises a result in just three weeks, reducing both acne and boosting skin hydration.
A consumer perception data report stated that the gel moisturizer was clinically proven to alleviate pimples by 98 percent in less than a month, which is not irritating to the skin.
This clinical study occurred among 34 participants, of whom 97% also noticed having clearer and smoother skin after using this product.
The skincare brand's Medicated Acne Gel Moisturizer, retailed for $36, is now available online and in Sephora.
