Gymnast Jordan Chiles' complete beauty routine for the 2024 Paris Olympics and other competitions consists of over 30 steps.
In a recent video for Vogue, the Olympic gold medalist dished on her skincare and makeup routine as well as hacks for achieving a long-lasting, sweatproof look for a competition.
The 23-year-old athlete first introduced her eight-step daily beauty ritual, which comprises a cleanser, toner, and three different serums: Bliss Vitamin C Serum, Charlotte Tilbury Cryo Recovery Serum, and Summer Fridays' Dream Oasis Deep Hydration Serum. Her last three steps are a moisturizer, sunscreen, and eye patches.
While sharing her beauty regimen, Chiles talked about how skincare and makeup let her appreciate her beauty as a woman even more.
"It did take me a while to embrace my beauty. But now that I embrace my beauty, I love it. I love waking up in the morning and doing skincare, I love being able to do my makeup and being able to just enjoy every moment that I am as a woman because I love my skin, no matter how it is," she shared.
She also revealed that while doing her skin prep, she would listen to the music of Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Megan Thee Stallion.
For the second part of her lengthy beauty routine, Chiles started doing her brows with a brow brush, Makeup by Mario Brow Gel, and brow pencil.
She continued by applying a makeup primer for her T-zone, natural concealer on her under eyes, eyeshadow primer and concealer on her lids, and then eyeshadow.
Chiles chose One/Size Secure the Blur Makeup Magnet Primer, explaining, "We don't want nothing. No holes, no blemishes, nothing when we put our foundation."
She went on to add layers of concealer, foundation, contour, powder, bronzer, and blush, before swiping on some mascara, using a setting spray, and putting on highlighter.
The gymnast's foundation and setting powder were both from Fenty Beauty, while her blush came from the luxury brand Dior. Her product lineup also included gems from Charlotte Tilbury, Summer Fridays, and Bliss.
For her lips, Chiles did a look that she saw on Megan that includes applying dark lip liner in the outer corners of the lips followed by a lighter shade of lip of liner to create an ombre effect. She applied concealer on the middle part of her lips, blended it using the lighter lip liner shade, and then lightly dabbed on a Milani Fruit Fetish Lip Oil.
Lastly, the Olympian put on more setting spray to seal in her look.
