Olympic gold medalist Keely Hodgkinson tries to find "the right balance" when it comes to not only wellness but also beauty must-haves.

In an interview with Hypebae, the middle-distance runner, 22, spilled her top beauty and wellness secrets after winning gold in the women's 800 meters at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The athlete emphasized the importance of finding "the right balance," which also reflects on her personal style. In her off-season, Hodgkinson prefers to wear nice dresses, streetwear, and casual and luxury 'fits rather than her usual gear.

This is also applicable to her beauty regimen, with Hodgkinson following the mantra, "Look good, feel good, race good."

She explained, "No matter what you want to do, whether you want to wear makeup or not, you should feel comfortable expressing yourself."

Thus, Hodgkinson is also very keen on choosing the right beauty and wellness products, which she revealed during the conversation.

To keep her face hydrated and protected from the heat, especially during the 2024 Paris Olympics, she uses Rodial Dragon's Blood Moisturizer.

Retailing for $82.99 on Rodial's official website, this product is a lightweight daily moisturizer with SPF 15 for sun protection. It contains hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to keep the skin hydrated and even skin tone.

For Hodgkinson's lipstick, she picked Charlotte Tilbury as her trusted brand and put her faith in the award-winning line Beauty Works Hair Extensions for her hair.

For her fragrance, the $256 OUD Silk Mood Eau de Parfum from Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris is Hodgkinson's personal pick. This item strikes the right blanace between fresh and bewitching, thanks to the combination of oud wood and floral Damascena rose absolute, along with bergamot.

However, Hodgkinson's beauty and wellness must-haves aren't all pricey as she also added the Rimmel Multi-Tasker Better than Filters to her "dream team" lineup.

This item is available at Rimmel London, and for only $16, beauty enthusiasts can have a primer, highlighter, and glow booster in one package. It comes in eight shades that adapt to the natural skin, a suitable item to bid goodbye to social media filters.
