"She finally [got] skinny. You look good sistah," another one wrote on Instagram.
This came after Winfrey stated that she doesn't take Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes medication now being used by many celebrities and influencers to lose weight.
In a panel discussion with obesity specialists on Oprah Daily's "The Life You Want: The State of Weight," Winfrey revealed she contemplated joining the newest weight loss trend. However, she ultimately decided against taking Ozempic, saying she did not want to take shortcuts or easy fixes.
"Shouldn't we all just be more accepting of whatever body you choose to be in? That should be your choice," Winfrey said during the panel, as reported by People. "Even when I first started hearing about the weight loss drugs, at the same time I was going through knee surgery, and I felt, 'I've got to do this on my own.' Because if I take the drug, that's the easy way out.'"

Oprah Winfrey's Workout Routine
Winfrey's pursuit of fitness and health extends beyond a healthy diet. Her site also indicated that she adheres to a consistent and structured workout regimen, highlighting her commitment to a holistic approach to well-being.
Starting her day on a robust note, the media mogul dedicates six mornings a week to a 45-minute cardiovascular workout, as per Oprah.com. The routine includes a mix of activities such as power walking on an inclined treadmill, jogging, elliptical training, stair-stepping, and rowing.
Additionally, she engages in shorter 20-minute evening workouts, preceding dinner, as a reflective moment to assess her progress toward her fitness goals.
She also incorporates strength training into her regimen four to five times a week, with sessions lasting 30 to 40 minutes. Typically, she prefers consecutive days of strength training followed by a day of rest.
Her pre-strength workout warm-up involves a brisk 15-minute power walk, according to the site.
Winfrey occasionally switches up her routine by replacing her regular aerobic exercise with an extended 75-minute run on days without strength training.
