Fashion Designer Vera Wang and Arthur Becker former CEO of NaviSite have filed for separation.

Recently high profile couple Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise filed for divorce, now Vera Wang and her husband and business partner Arthur Becker have filed for separation, according to WWD.

Mario Grauso, president of Vera Wang issued a statement stating that Vera and Arthur "mutally and amicably agreed to separate," adding, "they remain devoted parents to their two daughters." Vera and Arthur married in 1989 with daughters Cecilia, 22 and Josephine 19.

Arthur and Vera married in 1989, Arthur is known to have helped Vera increase her business from a single shop to a global company, encouraged the fashion designer to take her brand into more mainstream markets, according to WWD.

The 63 year-old designers husband Becker has been more involved in Vera Wang company since his resignation as CEO of NaviSite, a Informational Technology wing of Time Warner Cable Company.

The couple will maintain a professional relationship. Backer who had been advising Vera Wang in her business will remain maintaining business operations for the company "They will not let this impact the running of the company," said the couples friends to WWD.
