Grammy-winning songstress Adele announced she is pregnant and is expecting a baby with live in boyfriend Simon Konecki. 

The 24 year-old expressed to media that she wanted to become a mom before she turns 30, now she is fulfilling that dream.

Adele made the announcement on her blog for her fans and media, revealing the news squashing tabloid rumors that already have been swirling about her pregnancy. 

"Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx".

Adele started to date Simon Konecki in January of 2012, the  36 year-old philanthropist later accompanied Adele to the Grammy's in February.  

Adele has won 6 Grammy awards for her best selling '21' album, which sold over 9 million albums in the U.S.
