As The Voice of UK conducts its final "Knockout show" on Sunday, March 12, Team Gavin finalists took the stage to earn a spot for the quarter finals. Making it through via public votes are 24-year-old Max Vicker and the youngest contender at 16 Sarah Morgan.

From six members Gavin Rossdale's team was cut to half, according to UnrealityTV, during the recent show. It was reported that during the previous weekends, contestants from the four teams took their turns to perform. Each night only three from the six contestants will be proceeding to the next round wherein two would be drawn from public votes while Gavin decides for the third.

For the Sunday's show, Digital Spy reported that Max Vickers performed "I Bet That You Look Good On The Dance Floor" by The Arctic Monkeys. While on the other hand, Sarah Morgan slayed her performance of the classic "I Will I Always Love You" by Whitney Houston. This has led the two in securing spots in the competition.

Gavin's decision "frustrates" viewers

When the public decision was made during the last episode of The Voice UK, it left Keziah Rodell, Diamond, Truly Ford and Carter vying for the spot. As cited in The Sun, it left the 5-year old Bush singer on a difficult position on whom to choose.

Gavin then eventually, as cited in The Sun, chose Truly Ford which made some viewers upset and rant on social media saying that he made the "wrong decision." Truly Ford performed her own version of "A Million Reasons" by Lady Gaga.

Moreover, UnrealityTV notes that all the 12 finalists for this season of The Voice UK are set to be back on stage next Saturday. Other than Gavin, Season 6 coaches of the show include will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson and Sir Tom Jones.
