A day after the release date of "Game Of Thrones" season 7 was revealed, Kit Harington, who portrays the role of Jon Snow aka 'The king in the north' said that the new season will break many boundaries.
The 30-year-old actor, whose latest movie "Brimstone" premiered in the US on March 10, told the Huffington Post over a telephonic interview that Season 7 is certainly going to be worth a watch. "It is much more ambitious and grander in every scale," he said.
"There are fewer characters now in the show (courtesy author Martin's grand view), and they are focusing in on the existing ones. Everyone has more action and more scenes and lots of people will be crossing paths, which is something fans has been waiting for a very long time," the UK native explained.
According to the Daily Mail, Harrington further explained why fans would be very much delighted by this upcoming season. "There are less episodes this year, and more money is spent on each episode, increasing its scale much higher. The CGI done is better and we've tried new things, experimented with new camera angles. I believe we broke many boundaries in the last two seasons," an enthusiastic Harrington commented.
Despite the fact that the epic saga is coming to an end, Kit won't be able to get away from his character Jon Snow. The actor expressed his joy of being recognized as the GOT character and said most roles he goes into have almost the same appearance, so he won't get away completely from the viewers who's watched and loved 'Thrones'.
"They will always witness an element of me, which is the character of 'Jon Snow'. I can't get away from it, so I don't try and fight against a powerful character like Snow.
The new season of "Game Of Thrones" will premiere on HBO on July 16.
