HSN & Disney are collaborating for the live-action adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast" with a digital storefront and will put merchandise up for sale beginning 11PM on March 14, up to midnight on March 15 as the company invites its clients to be their guest just a few days before the film hits theaters on March 17.
According to WWD, the collection will retail from $14.95 to $799.95 and will span from home decor, fashion, accessories, garden, and beauty products. Among their offerings include Mrs Potts cross-body bag by Danielle Nicole, and handrafted hook pillow that reads "Be Our Guest," a castle statement necklace, and strappy rose-heel sandals.
Also included are Belle-inspired sandals and footwear from Vince Camuto, apparel pieces from Marla Wyne, tabletop glassware from Patina Vie, bone china tea sets and accessories from Royal Albert, Jay Strongwater jewelry, and even a delicate glass rose from Waterford.
The HSN & Disney Collaboration can be found on the official website, but none of the items are available for order just yet. According to HSN, shopping for the "Beauty and the Beast" inspired items will begin on March 1, with a TV Event to match on March 15.
"Beauty and the Beast," the film that inspired designers to create the collections, is already HSN's seventh movie collaboration with the House of Mouse. HSN President Bill Brand said of the partnership, "Disney's 'Beauty and the Beast' is filled with incredible visual themes that inspired our designers to create collections that captured the rich colors and characters in the film,"
Directed by Bill Condon and written by Stephen Chbosky and Evan Spiliotopoulous, the film stars Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast, and Luke Evans as Gaston. The rest of the class includes Kevin Kline as Maurice, Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Josh Gad as LeFou and Emma Thompson as Mrs Potts.
