"Crackdown 3" is one of the most anticipated game titles fans are awaiting this year on Xbox One. After the first two explosive and action-packed titles by the Microsoft, the second sequel has grabbed the interest of the gamers to a new level. Microsoft as well is setting high expectations for the game, considering how well the last two games were received by the fans.

Gamers were quite disappointed when "Scalebound" was cancelled by Microsoft earlier this year, but as reported by We Write Things, since the announcement of "Crackdown 3", the excitement level among fans have geared up and they are eagerly wondering what they can expect from the third installment of the highly successful game and when they can get it.

"If you remember how great the original "Crackdown" games were with their big and open cities, and as you leveled up, your weapons and vehicles also leveled up, just imagine all that ten times more. "Crackdown 3" is all about the boom. It consists of massive cities, more vehicles, smarter enemies, and new weapons. It is a really incredible experience with all the destruction and explosion," said Shannon Loftis, the General Manager of Microsoft Studios.

This is surely a big statement to make for the company and considering the success of the first two titles, fans can only hope it's true as Xbox One is in a desperate need of some quality exclusives along with "Halo Wars 2", "State of Decay 2" and "Sea of Thieves", reports WWG.

The game is scheduled to release in 2017, even though it had a rough development phase and is still in development as reported by Microsoft. The game hasn't received any reviews yet, but fans are hoping it to be very exciting after all the announcements. But, apart from all the explosions, everything would depend upon how good of a gameplay it offers as it was the main success of its previous installments.
