While Hilary Duff and her ex-husband Mike Comrie split about a year ago, they were trying to maintain a good relationship, however, that all seems to have been put to an end. The former "Lizzie McGuire" actress finally filed for a divorce and she seems to be enjoying the single life.
Duff has been going out on a bunch of Tinder dates, but it doesn't look like she's taking it too seriously and she is solely focused on her work. In fact, she apparently used the dates for her new music video "Sparks," which begins with reporters talking about how she's on the app then switches to the singer in a pink room. It then cuts back to her mid-interview and her friends helping her choose guys on the app and even features footage of her first Tinder date, which was bowling with Tom, followed by go karting with another date.
After going on her first two dates, it looks like Luca's mom is willing to continue with it, but isn't sure whether or not she is ready to fall in love through the app.
On the JohnJay & Rich Show, Duff explained that while she's having fun being single, she doesn't know if Tinder is the place to find her next lover.
"I don't know if it's going to happen on Tinder...I wouldn't turn it down if I was actually, genuinely into a guy and thought he was good for me and we had a serious connection," said Duff, who admitted that she is not taking the app too seriously. "I'm not just totally joking around, but I'm also not taking it very seriously. I think the whole thing is like fascinating to me."
However, she does find it amusing if she ends up finding her soul mate on the dating app and believes it would make headlines.
"It would be the story of the year that I fell in love on Tinder," said Duff.
