Iggy Azalea may have not been shy when it came to revealing that she has breast implants, however, when the 24-year-old "Black Widow" rapper appeared at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with a different look, fans began speculating as to whether or not Azalea has had work done recently.

"I'm recording a new album so I felt like I need a new change of hair and change of style, so I'm feeling very, very vamped," Azalea revealed.

However, fans were quick to point out that Azalea's face seemed slimmer at the Billboard Music Awards, instantly sparking speculation that she has had more cosmetic surgery.

In addition, a source reveals that Azalea's management encouraged the "Fancy" rapper to undergo the procedure, noting that Iggy has always been unhappy with her nose and that getting the procedure would boost her confidence and self-image.

"She loves the results! She wasn't happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time," the source close to Azalea alleges.

A cosmetic surgeon has also weighed-in on Azalea's new look, revealing to Hollywood Life that it appears that Azalea has altered her face with plastic surgery.

"It's obvious that she underwent rhinoplasty recently, since the nose looks different," the surgeon commented. "It's shorter, straighter and the tip is rotated upward and narrower. She also appears to have had a chin implant that looks pointy and created asymmetric jawlines. A successful outcome!" he concluded.

"I love them so much I had to talk about them," Azalea revealed of her new breasts. "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small.' I said, 'I know, but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!'"
