Britney Spears received overwhelming responses from fans when she posted a message on Twitter, Thursday, following an accident in Las Vegas.
The 33-year-old singer was moving to the tune of "Crazy" during her concert in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Wednesday, when she accidentally twisted her ankle and fell on the stage, according to USA Today.
Spears grabbed her foot and the dancers helped her to stand. Despite what happened, the show went on.
The "Toxic" singer messaged her fans shortly after the show, assuring them that she's fine.
"Thank you for all of the sweet wishes! Had a little scare on stage tonight with my ankle but I'm ok!" she posted on Twitter.

The pop icon's tweet received immense responses from her loyal fans.

Spears had to cancel her upcoming shows due to the ankle injury she obtained from the incident, ABC News reported.
Spears, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Live Nation released a statement following the incident, apologizing for the inconvenience this caused the ticket holders, E! News learned.
"Britney injured her ankle during her performance Wednesday evening and her doctor has advised her not to perform Friday and Saturday evening so that she may heal," the statement read.
The "Me Against The Music" singer has been performing at the Axis Auditorium and has a two-year residency in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
The "Glee" guest actress has been reportedly earning an average of $310,000 per show in the Sin City.
Spears is expected to finish her residency concert in September 2015.
