Prince William and Kate Middleton's second baby will arrive soon and as part of the ongoing preparations, parking was already restricted at St. Mary's Hospital in London, Tuesday.

The bold yellow sign, covering 216 meters of South Wharf Road, states that no one is allowed to load or wait in the said area from Tuesday until Apr. 31. The reason stated in the signage was that a special event is about to happen.

This will be the Duchess' second time at the exclusive Lindo Wing in London's Paddington neighborhood, US Weekly exclusively reported.

The rate to stay in the grand wing has increased since Prince George's birth in 2013. For an overnight stay with normal delivery, the suite now costs $9,650 and the consultant's fee is around $8,800, according to a source.

Since this will be Middleton's second time, the royal couple will receive a loyalty discount of 10% off the price of the rooms. However, the consultant fee will not change, the insider told US Weekly.

The 33-year-old royalty is expected to go into labor in the next couple of days, E News has learned.

Guy Thorpe-Beeston, the lead surgeon-gynecologist to the royal household, will take care of Middleton when she goes into labor.

Meanwhile, the couple is said to be very busy preparing Prince George to become a big brother. According to reports, Middleton is spending most of her time with the little prince.

Sarah Dixon, an expert maternity nurse, shared her views on how the royal couple should prepare Prince George for the big day.

"They will be reading books about siblings and talking to George about his little brother or sister, making him feel involved," Dixon told People.

"It's hard, but George will adjust," she added. "They might find that he gets frustrated sharing his parents, and this could potentially lead to tantrums, but this is quite a usual stage for a child approaching 2."

Dixon said that the couple needs a great support system within the first few months to assist with the change.

Middleton, who confirmed that her due date is between middle towards the end of April, already made her final official royal outing last month before she took the maternity leave.
