Award-winning musician John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen went out on a double date with reality television star Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West, according to AZ Central.
The two couples stopped for a date early Sunday morning at a Waffle House on 59th Avenue in Phoenix. The date came after the two couples attended the DirecTV Pre-game Super Bowl Party where Legend performed.
West also performed at the party hosted by Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and "Live! with Kelly and Michael" host and NFL Hall of Famer Michael Strahan. West performed his songs "Diamonds" and "All of the Lights" together with recording artist Rihanna, New York Daily News reported.
Kardashian posted a photo of the two couples out on a date on her Instagram account, with a caption reading: "Double date at the Waffle House."
Teigen also posted a photo to her Instagram account, with a caption saying: "Every house should be a waffle house."
Restaurant staff members said the two couples arrived early Sunday morning just after 2 a.m. and then stayed for a little over an hour, according to the same AZ Central report.
Waffle House manager Kyle King said: "They were very pleasant. The staff says it was a great time. It was so much fun, and they were really energetic."
King also commented on how the two couples acted, saying they did not act "celebrity-ish" despite having a large entourage present on the premises.
Legend was in Phoenix to also prepare for his performance of "America the Beautiful" at Sunday's Super Bowl. Kardashian also had an ad set to air during the live broadcast of the game, Huffington Post reported.
Staff on hand at the Waffle house said the couples ordered chicken and eggs.
