Chad Michael Murray will soon enough become a father. The "Agent Carter" actor's rep already confirmed this week that he and his wife, Sarah Roemer, are expecting their first bundle of joy.
The couple, who recently surprised fans with their secret wedding, dropped the exciting news about Roemer's pregnancy.
"Chad and Sarah are extremely happy and excited, and enjoying their life together," Murray's rep told Us Weekly in a statement. "We please ask that their privacy be respected at this special and personal time."
Just last Tuesday, news broke that Murray and his "Chosen" costar married after dating for over five months.
The twosome started dating in August last year after meeting on the set of their streaming thriller series, reports MTV.
On Thursday, Murray was photographed wearing his wedding band at ABC's Winter 2015 TCA party.
The 33-year-old actor is best known for his role as Lucas Scott in the hit WB drama series "One Tree Hill."
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Murray dished that the show was a big part of his career and his life.
"It was a large part of my life, so every day that goes by, at some point you'll see something that refers to it, or at least I will, in my life," he said. "Playing the moral compass for that show, which is what Lucas was, was a great way for me to learn as an artist, and to start understanding emotions and understanding myself."
On the other hand, the 30-year-old actress is best known for starring in the 2007 hit thriller "Disturbia," alongside Shia LaBeouf. She also appeared in 2009's "Fired Up!" and 2006's "Grudge 2."
While this is the first marriage for Sarah Roemer, this is her husband's second time to exchange wedding vows. He was previously married to his "One Tree Hill" costar Sophie Bush but annulled in September 2005, E! News has learned.
Recently Murray gushed that his number one priority now that he is a married man is family planning. "That's definitely in the cards. I think that's the number-one priority in my life. I'm so blessed," he said.
