In the recent episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons," Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian argued about how to treat their DASH employees.

Khloe went to a club with the DASH girls Caroline, Durrani and Malika to a night out, which made Kourtney upset with her decision, Gossip Cop reported.

Caroline is the daughter of Bruce Jenner's friend while Durrani is a loyal employee from their Melrose branch in Los Angeles. Malika is a longtime friend of Khloe.

Khloe reached out to the girls since she heard that they were intimidated by her. Although the DASH employees are valuable to their business, Kourtney felt it was improper for Khloe to party with them. Kourtney said that personal relationships should not be mixed with business since it can complicate things.

Khloe, however, believed otherwise. Khloé said Kourtney was heartless towards the DASH dolls.

The pair argued about their different business management styles. Khloe admitted that neither of them are perfect; Kourtney agreed.

All is not in vain, since before the episode ended, Kourtney invited the employees into their house and gave them a gift basket. The brunette beauty even said that she appreciated the girls' hard work. Khloe was glad about her sister's change of heart.

Amidst all the drama, Khloe's lover French Montana called her a dozen times. Khloe joked that she had no idea why the rapper was calling him "5,000 times" a day. When the reality star got sick of her beau's calls, she disconnected her phone. The next morning, Khloe found out that Montana got arrested, Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported.

Both of the sisters experienced challenges in their relationships in the recent episode. Kourtney was pressured to help her husband Scott Disick manage his deceased parents' house. Kourtney wanted to keep the house as a second home, but Scott decided to sell it, according to E!

Scott's decision saddened Kourtney. She blamed herself for failing to convince her husband and took one last look at the Disicks' home.

Since Scott is now worry-free, the couple is off to a fresh start as a new episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons" airs on Sunday at 9/8c on E!
